Since 1996, the Law Offices of Rod Firoozye has operated in Silicon Valley, first in downtown Palo Alto, California and now in San Jose, California behind Santana Row. Since 2004, this office has exclusively assisted clients with various family law issues, including complex division of assets and resolution of high conflict custody matters. We have assisted numerous families faced with very difficult situations, either through litigation or mediation.

Many of our clients are from technology-based companies in Silicon Valley, however we have also assisted parties in various other work sectors in the Bay Area. We have represented CEO’s, VC partners, celebrities, business owners as well as regular employees or the spouses of these parties.
